If you're looking for a qualified copyeditor that can edit to a high standard, then I can help you.

I will make sure your copy will have no grammatical, punctuation, or spelling errors. I edit with a light touch and will only make edits for issues that are definitely an error. I understand the importance of writer voice and style which is why my copyediting will not interfere with this.

My tertiary qualifications and experience as an author have given me the skills to be a professional copyeditor. I can follow any style guide and any dictionary to suit your copyediting needs. I use Microsoft track changes for any editing requirements and can use proofreading symbols upon request.

Prices

0.015 per word. For example, a 90,000 word manuscript will cost $1350 AUD to copyedit. 

Lead time

Can take up to two weeks, depending on the needs of the manuscript.

Proofreading

If you've got a finished book that needs a proofread before it goes to market, then I can help you. 

A proofread is the final edit before you start selling your book. It includes copyediting and editing for any formatting or design issues. If your book has come from a typesetter I will use proofreading symbols for any changes required.

If you are an indie author looking to self-publish I will use Microsoft track changes and in-line comments for any formatting or design issues.
